A little about me,

My name is Samruddhi Salunke

Hi, I’m Samruddhi, born and raised in India who now lives in Canada, a French translator by profession, a coffee lover, a crochet enthusiast and so much more! 

I wanted to build something of my own before I could step into the journey of motherhood and be there for my baby.

I didn't want to do maternity leaves and then return to work leaving a cute little face back at home.

Finally, when I started sleep consulting I found my passion!

So here I am helping my exhausted mom tribe to get the rest they deserve. 

There’s nothing more rewarding than watching tired parents finally get the sleep they’ve been craving and seeing their little ones thrive. Those transformations?

I’ll help your baby learn how to fall asleep (and stay asleep). You literally could just put them down and they sleep without you needing to rock, feed, or bounce them for an hour.

Nap transitions
We’ll smoothly navigate dropping a nap - so you’re not stuck with overtired evenings or skipped naps. Also, if your baby only sleeps in a stroller or car seat, I'll help you eliminate that.

STEP 1 ➡️ Book a Free 'Clarity & Connection' Call. We get understand if we are a good fit for one another.

STEP 2 ➡️ If you decide to move forward, I will send an intake form and contract. The intake form helps me to understand your child's needs, temperament and sleep schedule. The contract helps you to understand the what to expect and the limitations of sleep training.

STEP 3 ➡️ I create a customized sleep plan based on your responses in the intake form and we then get on a 30 minutes call to set you up for night one.

STEP 4 ➡️ 2 weeks of unlimited text support to solve the sleep troubles, address your concerns and keep you motivated.

STEP 5 ➡️ You did this!! Your baby is now sleeping for 10+ hours within 15 minutes and without crying.
