I work to support families with babies who are struggling with frequent night wakings, short naps, inconsistent schedules, or sleep associations like rocking or feeding to sleep. I’ll guide you through age-appropriate, responsive strategies to gently build healthy sleep habits while honoring your baby’s developmental stage. Common concerns I help with: 🔹 Frequent night wakings 🔹 Short or unpredictable naps 🔹 Feeding-to-sleep or contact naps 🔹 Early morning wake-ups 🔹 Transitioning out of swaddles or moving to a crib 🔹 Creating a consistent nap and bedtime routine What’s Included: ➤ Sleep assessment to understand your baby’s current sleep habits ➤ Personalized sleep plan tailored to your baby and your parenting style ➤ 30-minute video/voice call to walk through the plan ➤ 2 weeks of unlimited text/email support (during business hours - Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM PST) ➤ 2 weeks of sleep log tracking + feedback ➤ 30-minute follow-up call to check in, troubleshoot, or adjust ➤ Email summary of what we accomplished and next steps Bonus: A sleep guide packed with age appropriate tips for long-term success, travel and bumps in the road.
